To regulate the administration of the development and construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation, promote its high-quality development, and adapt to the new situation and new requirements, our commission has formulated the Implementation Rules for the Administration of the Development and Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation in Hunan Province (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) in accordance with the national Measures for the Administration of the Development and Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation. The Rules are hereby issued for your compliance and implementation. The Circular on Supporting the Development of Distributed Photovoltaics and Regulating Relevant Administrative Matters (Document No. 858 (Energy) [2023] of the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission) shall be abolished at the same time.
