To thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, earnestly enforce the Energy Law of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Development Outline, further enhance the planning and orientation of project initiation for energy industry standards, and in accordance with the standardization work arrangements of the National Energy Administration, we have organized the formulation of the Guidelines for the 2026 Project Initiation of Energy Industry Standard Plans.
