ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. hereby conducts a public inquiry for the inverter procurement of the photovoltaic project at the Gate 2 parking lot of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd., and sincerely invites interested suppliers to participate.

1. Project Name: Photovoltaic Project at Gate 2 Parking Lot of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd.

2. Implementation Location: Within the factory area of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd.

3. Project Overview: The project plans to build 12 photovoltaic carports at the Gate 2 parking lot of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd., with a total installed capacity of 1.1505MWp (using 1,950 pieces of 590Wp monocrystalline silicon modules). The scope of this procurement is the inverters required for the project. The supplier shall be responsible for providing inverter products meeting the technical requirements of the project, including transportation, installation guidance, commissioning assistance, and the specified warranty service.

4. Source of Funds: Self-raised funds.

Notes:

1. The project requires delivery on board at the designated location of the Gate 2 parking lot of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. This quotation includes tax, freight, and communication sticks.

2. Payment Terms: Full payment before shipment.

3. Delivery Period: Goods arrive at the designated location of the project site within 7 calendar days after full payment is received.

4. The products shall pass the testing or certification of any third-party testing institution recognized by the purchaser. Recognized testing institutions include: State Energy Solar Power Generation R&D (Test) Center of China Electric Power Research Institute, China Quality Certification Center (CQC), Beijing CGC Certification Co., Ltd. (CGC), TUV Rheinland (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Bureau Veritas, TUV SUD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd., Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL, USA), Canadian Standards Association (CSA, Canada).

5. Warranty Period: 5 years from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, the supplier shall provide free after-sales service, including but not limited to maintenance and replacement.

6. Quotation Requirements:
(1) The deadline for submitting quotation letters is 12:00 on April 16, 2026.
(2) Suppliers shall color-scan the responsive quotation documents and send them to the WeChat account of "ChinaTec Group" (WeChat ID: 18974838016).
(3) Suppliers shall make quotations and affix signatures/seals in accordance with Annex 1: Quotation Letter (Format).

8. The validity period of this quotation is 90 calendar days from the date of submission of the quotation letter. We agree to abide by the commitments in this responsive quotation letter within the validity period, and this quotation letter shall be legally binding on us upon expiration.

9. We commit to providing goods in accordance with the requirements in the quotation letter.

10. We agree to provide all data or materials related to the procured goods as may be required by your company.
