ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. hereby publicly invites quotations for the procurement of Primary Equipment for the Photovoltaic Power Generation Project at the No. 2 Gate Parking Lot of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. Qualified suppliers are sincerely welcome to participate.
I. Project Overview and Inquiry Scope
Project Name: Procurement of Primary Equipment for the Photovoltaic Power Generation Project at the No. 2 Gate Parking Lot of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd.
Implementation Location: Designated area within the No. 2 Gate Parking Lot of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd.
Project Overview: This project plans to construct 12 photovoltaic (PV) carports at the aforementioned location, with a total installed capacity of 1.1505 MWp (utilizing 1,950 units of 590 Wp monocrystalline silicon modules). The scope of this procurement covers all primary electrical equipment required for the project. The supplier shall be responsible for providing primary equipment products that meet the project's technical requirements, including delivery, installation guidance, commissioning assistance, and the specified warranty services.
Source of Funds: Self-raised funds.
Inquiry Scope and Procurement List:
The equipment to be procured includes grid-connection cabinets, Static Var Generators (SVG), outdoor high-voltage cabins, and box-type transformers, all of which shall be installed outdoors. For details, please refer to the drawings and procurement requirements.
II. Quality Standards and Warranty Period
The products delivered by the supplier shall comply with national standards, be of the ground-mounted installation type, and the specific parameters shall be configured in accordance with the drawings.
Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of acceptance. The supplier shall provide free after-sales service for the products during the warranty period, including but not limited to maintenance and replacement.
III. Delivery Schedule
The goods shall arrive at the designated project site within 20 calendar days after the contract is signed and the purchaser pays the advance payment.
IV. Payment Terms
Within 3 working days after the contract is signed, the purchaser shall pay 10% of the total contract value as an advance payment. The supplier shall arrange production upon receipt of the advance payment.
After the supplier delivers the goods to the purchaser's designated site on schedule, the purchaser shall pay up to 60% of the total contract value within 3 working days.
Within 3 working days after the project is connected to the grid and generates power, the purchaser shall pay up to 95% of the total contract value.
The remaining 5% shall be retained as retention money and shall be paid off upon the expiration of the warranty period with no quality objections raised by both parties.
V. Evaluation Method
This project adopts the Comprehensive Grading Method中国政府网 for evaluation.
