To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, earnestly carry out the arrangements of the Fourth Plenary Session, fully apply the new energy security strategy of "Four Revolutions and One Cooperation", target the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and advance the high-quality development of renewable energy, we have compiled the 15th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development in accordance with the requirements of the Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of a New Energy System.
