Shenzhen Luohu Management Center Building Near-Zero Carbon Building Project

The project is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, serving as an important office venue for the Luohu District Committee and District Government. Implemented based on the "5+1" model, it fully covers five major systems—photovoltaic, energy storage, charging piles, high-efficiency computer rooms, and energy-saving lighting—with the integration of one intelligent dual-carbon platform. All operational data undergoes real-time integration and analysis through the intelligent management platform, which is also connected to the Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant Management Center to achieve unified scheduling and efficient management.

 This project has not only delivered remarkable energy-saving results for the Luohu Administration Center Building, but also secured the Shenzhen Green and Low-Carbon Industry Project Certificate by virtue of its outstanding achievements in green and low-carbon practices. It has set a replicable and scalable benchmark for the development of near-zero-carbon buildings in Luohu District and even across the whole city of Shenzhen.
