In September 2026, to implement the work arrangements for work safety within the Group, comprehensively prevent and defuse potential risks in construction and operation, and guarantee the safe and stable operation of projects during the National Day holiday, ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. launched a special third‑quarter safety‑risk inspection campaign.

The inspection covered landfill power generation projects, photovoltaic power generation projects, and contracted energy‑management projects. A full‑scale examination was carried out focusing on key links including equipment operation, electrical systems, fire‑fighting facilities, safety protection, and emergency management. For landfill power generation projects, the inspection focused on gas collection and treatment systems, generator sets, instruments and valves, inspection records, and emergency response plans. For photovoltaic power generation projects, emphasis was placed on checking photovoltaic modules, inverters, transmission lines, power distribution cabinets, and lightning‑protection and earthing facilities. For contracted energy‑management projects, verification was concentrated on the operating status of energy‑related equipment, maintenance of energy‑saving facilities, implementation of safety operating procedures, and on‑site safety management. In addition, item‑by‑item verification was performed on fire‑fighting equipment, safety signs, emergency access, flood‑prevention and heat‑stroke‑prevention measures, duty‑on‑shift records, safety‑training ledgers, and qualifications of special‑operation personnel.

For hidden risks identified during the inspection, the inspection team put forward rectification suggestions on‑site, compiled a problem list and rectification ledger, designated responsible persons, rectification measures and completion deadlines, and implemented closed‑loop management of “identification‑rectification‑re‑inspection”. Issues that could be rectified immediately were remedied on the spot. For problems that could not be rectified right away, control measures and implementation plans were formulated to ensure risks remain controllable.

ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. will continue to improve the dual‑prevention mechanism for hierarchical risk control and hidden‑danger investigation & remediation, conduct regular safety patrols and emergency drills for operating projects, further consolidate the foundation of safety management, and truly realize the goal of “every employee understands safety and everyone is capable of emergency response”.
