As the 2026 National Energy Conservation Week was in full swing, the Energy-Saving Technology Matching Conference for the New Information Infrastructure Industry of Guangdong Province was successfully held on June 17, where the list of Typical Cases of Key Energy-Saving Technology Application in Guangdong Province 2026 was officially released. The near-zero carbon building project of Luohu Management Center Building, invested, constructed and operated by our company, was successfully selected and recognized as a typical case under the Low-Carbon Park (Building) category.

Targeting the longstanding challenges of high energy consumption and heavy carbon emissions in public buildings, the Luohu Management Center Building Near-Zero Carbon Project integrates a suite of cutting-edge energy-saving and low-carbon technologies under a "5+1" framework. It incorporates five core systems: photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, EV charging piles, high-efficiency mechanical rooms and energy-efficient lighting. Supported by an intelligent dual-carbon management platform, the building has achieved comprehensive low-carbon transformation, enabling refined and intelligent energy consumption control. The building’s overall energy use and carbon emission intensity have been substantially reduced, while the on-site utilization rate of renewable energy has seen remarkable growth.

In April 2026, the Central Government and relevant national ministries issued a series of guiding documents on energy conservation and carbon reduction, setting clear implementation roadmaps for green and low-carbon development during the 15th Five-Year Plan and beyond. Relevant policies attach great importance to the exemplary role of public institutions, and set mandatory performance targets for green renovation of existing buildings, full-process low-carbon operation and maintenance, and standardized carbon management.
