During the training, Ms. Yang Lanping adopted a combination of theoretical knowledge and simulated demonstrations to systematically and comprehensively explain practical first-aid skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and trauma and bleeding management. Through sharing real and vivid cases one by one, employees deeply realized the importance of first-aid knowledge.

Combining common health issues, Ms. Yang Lanping analyzed in depth the inducing factors of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes, and put forward targeted comprehensive prevention and control strategies covering reasonable diet, scientific exercise, psychological adjustment, ischemic preconditioning training, etc. She guided employees to establish a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, starting from daily details to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

Participating employees all said that this training was "highly practical" and "full of useful content". They sighed: "Mastering first-aid skills can not only protect colleagues at work, but also is a responsibility to the family and society; and scientific health management knowledge can enable us to devote ourselves to work and life in a better state."
