The Measures for the Implementation of the Minimum Target Proportion of Renewable Energy Consumption and the System of Renewable Energy Power Consumption Obligation Weights have been reviewed and approved at the 26th Executive Meeting of the National Development and Reform Commission held on 26 December 2025, and reviewed and signed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Transport. They are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on 1 August 2026.
