Recently, China Tec Group and Fanglue Investment and Development Co., Ltd. successfully signed a contract for a photovoltaic power generation system engineering project. China Skills Group will be responsible for the procurement and installation of the rooftop photovoltaic power generation system for Phase II of Fanglue City Plaza.

The Phase II project of Fanglue City Plaza is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Kaiyuan Road and East 4th Road in Changsha County. It is a comprehensive building integrating a super high-rise hotel, office buildings, and an 80,000-square-meter commercial center. The main building is designed to be over 200 meters high, and upon completion, it will become the tallest building in Xingsha and an important regional landmark.

This project marks China Tec Group's first attempt at distributed photovoltaic construction on the rooftop of a super high-rise building.
