To effectively improve the operation management level and operators' skills of domestic waste landfills, scientifically and rationally carry out landfill gas collection, treatment, utilization and odor control, continuously improve the environment of domestic waste landfills, and make preparations for landfill grading evaluation, the Provincial Training Session on Gas Collection, Treatment and Odor Control of Domestic Waste Landfills was held in Huaihua on July 23. Co-hosted by the Hunan Urban and Rural Construction Industry Association and Huaihua Urban Management Affairs Center, and undertaken by the Huaihua Environmental Sanitation Association, the training session was attended by personnel from environmental sanitation authorities at all cities, prefectures, counties and districts (who organized relevant units in their jurisdictions), municipal and prefectural environmental sanitation associations and other related entities. Zhongji Energy Group Co., Ltd., as the co-organizer of this training and a provincial demonstration unit in the landfill gas power generation industry, was invited to give lectures at the training session, and organized all participants to visit and learn at Huaihua No. 2 Domestic Waste Landfill on the next day.

At the training session, experts gave lectures on such contents as the prevention and control of common problems in domestic waste landfills, policies and development trends of domestic waste landfills, and gas drainage, collection, treatment and utilization of domestic waste landfills. Mr. Jiang Qi, President of our company, was invited to give a wonderful lecture on the resource utilization of landfill gas in landfills, and put forward the company's unique insights on the sustainable development of landfills, providing new ideas for the realization of resource reuse of waste land after landfill closure.

During the on-site observation at the landfill, the inspection team visited while listening, asked questions while thinking. Our technical personnel gave a detailed introduction to the historical overview of the landfill, the standardized operation process of the landfill and the situation of the landfill gas power generation project, etc. The inspection team fully affirmed the standardized operation of our landfill and the resource utilization of landfill gas.
