To enhance the oversight system for public resource transactions, strengthen social supervision, and increase transparency and credibility in the process, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission has established a social supervision mechanism and committee. Thirty social supervisors were publicly recruited to oversee public resource transactions.

Following rigorous qualification review, training, and assessment, Mr. Xiong Jiong—Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of our company—has been appointed as a Public Resource Transactions Social Supervisor for Hunan Province, serving a two-year term.
