Recently, in response to the spirit of the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance's document "Notice on Issuing the 'Administrative Measures for the Hunan Provincial Government E-Procurement Mall'" (Xiang Cai Gou [2019] No. 27), our company's Environmental Protection and Energy Division organized specialized training on operating the Government E-Procurement (Zheng Cai Yun) Mall platform to ensure smooth transaction processing. Division employees focused on studying industry knowledge including relevant government procurement laws and regulations, procurement catalogs, spending thresholds, and procurement procedures. They gained an in-depth understanding of the mall system's functional modules such as direct purchase, competitive bidding, and group buying. On-site demonstrations were also conducted covering supplier registration and system configuration.

As a supplier registered on the Zheng Cai Yun E-Procurement Mall, this training has enabled us to better understand government procurement policies, platform transactions, and product listing operations. Currently, our company has successfully secured and executed the contract for the Ventilation Duct and Terminal Room Equipment Cleaning and Disinfection Project of the Central Air Conditioning System at the Hunan Provincial Museum through the Zheng Cai Yun E-Procurement Mall platform.
